Israel Adler  President

Israel Adler graduated from Thomas Edison State University. After graduating, he joined the operations department at a mid-sized Multi Strategy hedge fund. In 2014, Israel assumed responsibility for their compliance team and was instrumental in the rebuilding and restructuring of their compliance program. In 2017, Israel joined Barclays Investment Bank.

 

As PSA’s President, Israel oversees the firm's operations and interacts with clients directly, offering highly-individualized solutions to financial structuring needs

David Kozak  Partner, Director of Research

David graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's in Economics with a concentration in Statistics and Mathematics. After graduating he joined a Multi Strategy hedge fund as a quantitative developer specializing in building high-frequency systems using large unstructured datasets. He later joined Chardan Capital Markets as a Quantitative Researcher where he developed trading models using exotic datasets.

 

As director of PSA's research and modeling team, David brings vast experience in pricing exotic structured securities, and is responsible for creating data management solutions involved in municipal security offerings.
